Job Summary :

Janitor completes detailed cleaning procedures in and around the production floor, offices, and outside the building.

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean every surface in all restrooms and restock restrooms
• Wax, wash, buff, sweep, vacuum, etc. every floor surface in and around the plant as needed including administrative offices, production floor, restrooms, break areas, and outside facilities
• Empty all trashcans, barrels, and carts
• Restock wherever necessary
• Clean compactor area
• Willingness to assist in other areas as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications (Required)

• At least 18 years of age (required at all locations)
• High School diploma or GED (required at all locations)

Job Qualifications (Preferred):

• Previous manufacturing experience

Physical Requirements of the Job:

• Frequent walking, standing, kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, twisting and lifting for 8-12 hours per day
• Able to work in non-climate-controlled and noisy environment
• Frequent overhead reaching and reaching with both hands
• Frequent pushing, pulling, lifting or maneuvering loads up to 50 lbs
• Able to wear and tolerate Personal Protective Equipment (apparel and devices)
• Vision acuity, corrected or uncorrected, capable of reading documents, blueprints, gauges, equipment settings, calibration instruments, parts labels and written materials
• Reliable to come to work every day and be on-time
• Flexible work availability, including Overtime during the week and weekends

6:00am-2:30pm M-Fr Overtime may be required during the week and/or weekends
