Responsibilities:
Component Assembly:
Build structural walls, panels, and sections per specifications.
Tool Operation:
Safely and efficiently use manual, and electrical hand tools.
Safety & Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist with facility care.
Eco-Stewardship:
Practice environmentally responsible and community-focused work habits.
Working hours:
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Math & Measurement:
Strong math skills, including fractions and precise tape measure reading.
Experience:
Prior background in assembly, manufacturing, or carpentry/framing trades.
Soft Skills:
A collaborative team player with a desire to learn and grow.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Technical Literacy:
Ability to read and follow basic assembly instructions and diagrams.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for 8+ hours and regularly lift up to 20 lbs.
Problem Solving:
Capable of following straightforward written or verbal directions.
Safety Conscious:
Proven ability to navigate a production floor and use power tools safely.
