Forklift Operator

Shift: 1st shift
Schedule: Monday to Friday / 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

We're seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our established rubber recycling facility. This role offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a consistent schedule. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for:

• Safely operating sit-down forklifts to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Loading and unloading trucks and trailers efficiently and accurately.
• Transporting materials to production and warehouse areas as needed.
• Performing routine forklift inspections and reporting any equipment issues.
• Maintaining inventory organization and proper material storage practices.
• Assisting with general warehouse and production support tasks.
• Following all company safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of forklift operating experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Previous sit-down forklift experience required.
• Ability to safely handle and transport heavy materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting
. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 55 lbs
. PPE provided.
