Are you a seasoned expert in manufacturing or production environments with a passion for optimizing operations? We’re seeking an accomplished Production Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead, elevate, and innovate in a dynamic setting. This pivotal role offers the chance to leverage your deep industry knowledge to streamline processes, enhance safety standards, and support frontline teams. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a knack for driving operational excellence, this opportunity is designed for you.
Required Skills:- Extensive experience in production or operations management
- Strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes and procedures
- Ability to analyze complex operational data and diagnose issues
- Excellent communication and training skills to mentor teams
- Proven track record of process improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
Skills:
- Experience with oil & gas or energy sector production environments
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or related methodologies
- Prior experience in technical training or instructional design
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory documentation
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in production or operations roles, with demonstrated SME expertise
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (schedule 5/2)
- Candidate has option to use personal truck or agency-provided truck allowance; no per diem offered. Clean driving record required
- Availability for potential travel to related sites or training sessions
