Welder

Our client, a leading manufacturing industry, is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the fabrication and repair of metal structures. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings to accurately create equipment and products
• Design and build basic and complex structures, supports, or frameworks in daily tasks
• Weld using GMAW / MIG and RSW processes to meet project specifications
• Utilize handheld tools such as screw guns, drill guns, grinders, calipers, and weld gauges
• Maintain inventory of manufacturing products and welding consumables, ensuring safety and quality standards are met

• 1-3 years of Resistance Spot Welding (RSW) and MIG welding experience
• Experience operating in a manufacturing or similar environment
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly, identifying issues proactively
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Technical or vocational training or certification preferred
