We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist with Fanuc experience to join our team in Todd Mission, TX.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC lathes to produce and repair valve components and related parts.
Edit and operate machines using Fanuc controls
Utilize live tooling for multi-axis machining operations
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and job travelers to ensure accuracy
Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (Calipers, Micrometers, Gauges)
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist in a manufacturing or repair environment
Strong working knowledge of Fanuc controls
Hands-on experience with live tooling
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints
Experience holding tight tolerances on machined components
You should be proficient in:
CNC ToolingCNC Machine Setup & Changeover
LatheCNC Lathe Machines & technologies you'll use:
CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Mazak, Okuma, Doosan, Dmg Mori Seiki, Haas)
