Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Storytelling
Create clear, engaging content across multiple formats—including articles, case studies, visuals, videos, and explainers—that translates complex product management frameworks and practices into accessible, actionable resources for diverse audiences.
Product Communications & Campaign Management
Drive awareness and participation in product management initiatives through strategic promotional campaigns, creative content, and integrated communication plans. Clearly articulate value propositions for events, workshops, and learning programmes.
Digital Platform Management
Own and maintain the Product Management Practice’s digital presence, ensuring content remains current, relevant, and aligned with organisational standards. Coordinate with stakeholders to reflect evolving priorities, programmes, and outcomes across all digital touchpoints.
Community Engagement & Outreach
Design and execute campaigns that build momentum around product management practices. Experiment with innovative formats while maintaining professional standards, and tailor engagement approaches for audiences ranging from new joiners to senior leadership.
- 3–5 years’ experience in product marketing, content marketing, communications, or related roles
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with high ownership and autonomy
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams
- Hands-on experience with common content, design, and collaboration tools
