Job DescriptionYour Mission
As Brand & Communication Manager, You Will- Build and strengthen Mareblu’s brand equity
- Increase brand awareness and consumer engagement
- Lead communication strategies across both traditional and digital channels
- Drive consumer‑centric product innovation and renovation
- Monitor performance and optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams in a fast‑paced international environment
You will be a key player in Mareblu’s growth, ensuring a strong competitive position and sustainable market success in Italy.
Key Responsibilities Brand & Portfolio Management- Own the performance of your product portfolio
- Define and execute brand and marketing strategies
- Drive market share growth and competitive positioning
- Lead short‑and long‑term innovation and renovation projects
- Manage the full commercial marketing cycle, including new product development
- Plan and implement digital marketing initiatives (SEO/SEM, CRM, email marketing, social media, display advertising)
- Brief and manage digital and communication agencies
- Review and approve content, ensuring alignment with brand objectives
- Monitor KPIs and ROI, analyze campaign performance, and optimize continuously
- Manage digital communication budgets and external partner relationships
- Track market trends and analyze consumer behavior
- Identify target audiences and design campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Provide data‑driven recommendations to support strategy
- Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance
- Operate in an international, multi‑country, fast‑paced environment
- Coordinate with global stakeholders on marketing initiative
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Brand Management, ideally in FMCG and multinational environments
- Proven experience managing communications across traditional and digital channels
- Expertise in KPIs tracking, performance analysis, and ROI evaluation
- Experienced in product launch and innovation projects
- Analytical thinker with a creative mindset
- Excellent project management and multitasking skills
- Proactive, confident, results‑oriented
- Up‑to‑date with marketing trends, especially in the food sector
