Attica department stores is currently in search of a Brand Manager for our central offices in Athens.

RolePurpose
As a Brand Manager, you will play a key role in delivering impactful marketing campaigns that connect with our audience and elevate our brand image.
Key Accountabilities- Develop and manage the annual newsletter calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing & e‑commerce priorities and commercial objectives.
- Develop and coordinate seasonal marketing campaigns in line with commercial objectives and brand priorities.
- Ensure all content reflects brand guidelines, tone of voice, and customer expectations.
- Coordinate content production with creative teams and external partners.
- Develop and execute tax‑free marketing and communication plans to attract international shoppers, increase brand visibility, and drive store traffic.
- Plan and implement annual marketing calendars for a portfolio of leading brands, including Sandro, Maje, and Hugo Boss, ensuring excellence across all activations.
- Coordinate brand activations, campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives in line with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.
- Minimum 5 years experience in brand marketing, retail marketing or integrated campaign management.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing calendars, seasonal campaigns and engaging content.
- Up to date with digital, marketing and consumer trends.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with different teams.
- Experience in fashion retail will be considered a plus.
