Marketing & Social Media Assistant

Point Bank is growing, and creating new opportunities, and we’re looking for someone creative, driven, and social‑media savvy to join our team as the Marketing & Social Media Assistant
.

You’ll be the voice behind the brand, helping bring Point Bank to life online and in our communities.

• Create and post engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and X
• Assist in running paid and organic campaigns (yes, you’ll learn A/B testing too!)
• Track performance and use analytics to see what’s working and what’s not
• Stay on top of social trends, algorithms, and competitor activity
• Respond to comments, messages, and reviews to keep our brand strong and positive
• Help design graphics, videos, and written content that reflect our local, community‑first culture
• Support content calendars and marketing strategies
• Assist with email campaigns, digital signage, and in‑branch promotions
• Help ensure all marketing efforts stay compliant (we’ll train you!)

We’re looking for someone who is both creative and organized.

• Passion for social media, marketing, and content creation
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Eye for design (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe, Power Point or similar tools are a plus!)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic understanding of analytics/metrics (or willingness to learn)
• Degree in marketing or media a plus
