We are seeking a commercially minded Digital Account Manager to join a growing international digital advertising environment in Athens.

This role combines client relationship management, digital advertising expertise, and revenue growth
. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, optimise advertising performance, and identify opportunities to expand account value.

The ideal candidate is both customer-focused and commercially driven, with a passion for digital marketing and helping businesses achieve measurable results through online advertising.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor for their digital advertising strategy
• Develop account plans aligned with client goals and commercial objectives
• Manage day-to-day client communications and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Analyse campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimisation
• Present digital advertising solutions tailored to client needs
• Identify upselling and account growth opportunities
• Monitor account performance, forecasting, and pipeline activity through CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign delivery and client outcomes
• Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and performance targets

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2 level)
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, telesales, inside sales, business development, or client-facing roles
• Experience working with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar
• Understanding of online marketing, campaign optimisation, and digital advertising performance metrics
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Highly organised and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
