We’re seeking a creative and driven Junior Social Media & Marketing Specialist to take ownership of all social media and marketing campaigns across our diverse portfolio of products and projects. Initial projects will focus on key product launches and priority solutions.

You’ll be instrumental in promoting our:

• Software Development Services (Custom development, outsourcing, product development)
• Research & Development Projects (EU-funded research, prototypes, publications)
• Product Portfolio (Health & emergency management, innovation management, process optimization solutions)
• Specialized Solutions (Compliance software, business resilience & optimization tools, enterprise solutions)

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, X (Twitter), Tik Tok, and You Tube
• Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms to drive lead generation and brand awareness
• Promote our R&D achievements
  
  Support marketing initiatives for our product portfolio
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize campaign performance
• Collaborate with our technical teams to translate complex solutions into compelling marketing messages
• Assist in content creation for our social media, website and marketing materials

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
• Experience with digital advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Linked In Ads, Tik Tok ads preferred)
• Basic creative content creation skills (graphics, video, copywriting)
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking
• Interest in technology, software development, and innovation
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Greek
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Enthusiasm for learning about complex technical topics
