Ateme is looking for a full-time Marketing Campaign Manager to design and manage campaigns that support Ateme's international development.
Main duties:
In a strategic and operational role, you will help to make our innovations known, strengthen our market position and support our commercial objectives.
You will work closely with the Product Marketing, Communication, Digital and Sales teams to design relevant, coherent and successful campaigns.
We are looking for a curious and results-driven person who enjoys both taking a strategic view and contributing to its implementation.
You will be involved in the following missions:
Develop and evolve marketing actions
Design and manage marketing campaigns
Collaborate with teams and produce necessary content
Monitor and improve performance
· Analyze the needs of different markets, offers and regions to identify marketing priorities.
· Propose new actions and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
· Contribute to the evolution of the marketing strategy by sharing your ideas and expertise.
· Design, coordinate and deploy marketing campaigns from the definition of objectives to their implementation.
· Transform product messages and value propositions into clear, relevant and engaging campaigns.
· Ensure the alignment of campaigns with the company's commercial development objectives.
· Work closely with Product Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing and Sales teams.
· Ensure the consistency of messages and actions across all communication channels.
· Participate in the creation or adaptation of marketing materials: presentations, social media posts, visuals and campaign content.
· Track key performance indicators of campaigns (leads, conversion rates, contribution to the sales pipeline).
· Analyze the results obtained and identify areas for improvement.
· Implement necessary adjustments to optimize the effectiveness of campaigns.
Skills required:
We are looking for someone with around 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in technology environments (SaaS, cloud, media).
You have solid experience in Campaign Marketing, Demand Generation or Growth Marketing, and you like to see the concrete impact of your actions on commercial performance.
You are comfortable with technical or complex topics, which you know how to make simple, clear and differentiating for various audiences.
You enjoy working in collaborative and cross-functional environments, interacting with product, marketing, communication and sales teams.
Your approach is structured, data-driven and results-oriented, while leaving room for creativity and experimentation.
You can easily move from vision to execution, and you enjoy both designing and implementing.
Finally, you are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and are comfortable in an international environment.
