Duties

Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Marketing Contract Support Division.

Coordinates closely with event organizers to seamlessly integrate agency activities into existing programs, ensuring proper scheduling, resource allocation, and audience engagement while respecting event goals and constraints.

Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of marketing partnerships through comprehensive data collection and analysis of audience engagement metrics, attendance figures, media coverage, and community feedback to assess impact and return on investment.

Provides ongoing strategic counsel, insights, and analysis through regularly scheduled communications and meetings.

Recommends marketing approaches to support new programs and possible adjustments to continuing programs.
