Duties
Recommends priorities, develops plans and directs the execution of market research, analysis and assessments;
Develops long and short-range marketing operation plans.
Evaluates effectiveness through attainment of goals and analysis of business trends and market shares.
Develop sales, promotional and merchandising strategies, brochures and pamphlets;
Identifies and analyzes customer needs and satisfaction.
Assist program managers to develop internal customer service training programs.
Directs subordinate staff in assisting managers with marketing and promoting their programs.
