Job Summary

Responsible for developing product positioning, go-to-market strategy, competitive intelligence and sales enablement that translate Nextlink products and services into compelling customer value. The role partners across Marketing, Sales and operational teams to improve launch readiness, message consistency and market effectiveness.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and maintain product positioning, messaging frameworks and value propositions.
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans for new products, offers and market launches.
  • Develop sales enablement materials including presentations, battle cards, FAQs, one-sheets and launch kits.
  • Conduct competitive research and maintain actionable competitive intelligence.
  • Gather and synthesize customer, sales and market insights to improve positioning and campaigns.
  • Partner with Marketing to translate product strategy into campaign briefs, web content and customer communications.
  • Partner with Sales and other stakeholders to support launch readiness and field adoption.
  • Develop customer stories, use cases and proof points.
  • Measure launch and enablement effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain organized product marketing documentation and repeatable launch processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, sales enablement or related marketing discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop clear positioning and messaging for complex products or services.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong project-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to synthesize market, customer and competitive information into actionable recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in telecommunications, broadband, technology, SaaS, utilities or subscription services.
  • Experience supporting both B2C and B2B offerings.
  • Experience with customer research, win/loss analysis or competitive intelligence.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, analytics and project-management platforms.
