As an Event Specialist with Greenline Activations, you staff festivals, pop-ups, and brand activation events — representing premium hemp and functional beverage brands in front of thousands of consumers across Florida.

This isn't a background role. You're the energy at the booth, the person who draws the crowd, and the voice of the brand. We provide the training, the product, the branded setup, and the events. You bring the charisma and the drive.

• Festival & Pop-Up Staffing Represent premium hemp and functional beverage brands at high-traffic festivals, pop-up events, and brand activations. You are the energy that draws a crowd and keeps consumers engaged.
• Consumer Engagement Strike up conversations, drive trial, and create memorable brand moments. You'll connect with hundreds of consumers per event and turn first-time tasters into brand loyalists.
• Brand Storytelling Go beyond handing out samples. You'll know the brand inside out — origin story, product differentiators, and talking points — and deliver them naturally in every interaction.
• Post-Event Recaps Submit a quick mobile recap after each activation via the Greenline portal — consumer reactions, sell-through notes, and photos that feed directly into brand reporting.

• Hemp Safe™ Certification Every Greenline ambassador completes our proprietary Hemp Safe™ for Hospitality compliance training — making you a certified expert in cannabinoid science, dosage, and responsible serving standards before you step on the floor.
• Our Custom Field Portal No paperwork, no third-party apps. Access event briefs, submit recaps, and manage your schedule all from your phone through our proprietary Greenline portal.
• Competitive Event Pay $30/hour per activation with punctual, reliable payroll. High‑visibility events, premium pay — no chasing invoices or waiting weeks to get paid.
• High-Profile Events Work some of Florida’s most exciting festivals, markets, and pop-up activations — representing brands that are generating real buzz in the hemp and functional beverage space.

  Experience:
  
  Event staffing, brand activations, bartending, or hospitality experience is a strong plus. You know how to hold an audience.
• The Logistics:
  Must be 21+ with reliable transportation to reach event locations. A smartphone is required for portal access and event check‑ins.
• The Commitment:
  Event-based scheduling — ideal for candidates who want high‑earning per‑shift work without a rigid weekly commitment.
