Hire Up Staffing is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join a team in Willis, Texas! Pay: $24+/hr DOE
Location:
Willis, TX
- Help bring marketing campaigns to life by coordinating projects, content, and promotional activities
- Create engaging materials for social media, email, presentations, product promotions, and sales outreach
- Adapt existing marketing content to connect with local customers and business needs
- Work with sales to understand what they need and help develop materials that support their goals
- Assist with digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, online content, and lead follow-up
- Help organize product launches, trade shows, customer events, and other promotional activities
- Keep marketing materials, graphics, photos, videos, and presentations organized and up to date
- Track marketing leads and help ensure they are properly recorded and followed up on
- Assist with campaign reporting and monitor engagement, lead activity, and results
- Research customers, competitors, and industry trends to help identify new opportunities
- Share creative ideas for campaigns, content, and promotional materials
- Help maintain consistent branding and messaging across marketing materials
- Work with team members to develop content and ideas that can be used across different markets
- Support ongoing marketing projects and help keep deadlines and priorities on track
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, content creation, or a related role
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content
- Experience creating content for social media, email, or other digital and print channels
- Comfortable using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design tools
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, email marketing platforms, or social media tools
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable working with sales and marketing teams
- Basic understanding of marketing campaigns and lead generation
- Able to work with data and put together simple reports
- Interested in learning more about technical products and how to market them
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but training can be provided
- Manufacturing, industrial, packaging, automation, or technology experience is helpful but not required
