First Baptist Church of Highlands, Texas is prayerfully seeking a full‑time pastor to lead our congregation in spiritual growth, discipleship, and community outreach. Our church has a commitment to biblical preaching and teaching, strong Southern Baptist missions involvement, financial faithfulness, family‑centered ministry, long‑term stability, and a heart for evangelism and discipleship.

• Ministry and preaching experience preferred.
• Seminary education (completed or in progress) is encouraged.
