SENIOR PASTOR
Classification:
Permanent, Full-time, Ministerial
Principle Function:
The pastor is responsible to the church for proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ, teaching the Bible, pastoral care ministries in the church and community, administrative leadership in all areas of church life, and administration of the paid employees.
Employees Relationship:
The Senior Pastor shall be responsible for the administration of the church employees on a day‑to‑day basis and may call on the Personnel Committee as necessary. The Person nel Committee shall be the responsible supervisor of the Senior Pastor.
