• Direct service and referrals: Respond to calls, texts, or chats to understand a caller s needs and provide appropriate referrals to local health and human services.
• Database management: Create, maintain, and update the 211 database of community resources, including verifying information annually.
• Reporting and analysis: Generate reports on call metrics, referral data, and community needs to identify trends and inform strategy.
• Program support: Assist with the coordination and delivery of specific 211 programs and special projects, such as disaster relief efforts or community outreach.
• Stakeholder relations: Serve as a point of contact for community organizations and may present information to community boards and other groups.

• Communication: Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and empathetically with people from diverse backgrounds.
