Role SummaryThe Senior Pastor leads the church through Christ‑centered preaching, faithful shepherding, and mission‑minded leadership aligned with the Baptist Faith and Message (2000).
Key Responsibilities- Biblical preaching and teaching
- Pastoral care for members and families
- Lead outreach and evangelism
- Guide church ministries and work with deacons and committees
- Support Christ‑centered worship and discipleship
- Clear call to ministry and salvation testimony
- Agreement with the Baptist Faith & Message 2000
- Seminary degree preferred not required
- Strong preaching, leadership, and relational skills
