Supervise, support, and guide Coordinadores and Coordinators serving as points of contact for PJTT coalitions
Train and coach team members in facilitating conversations, planning efforts, and group decision-making processes with communities
Coordinate and document internal training, onboarding, sustainability resources, capacity-building, coalition budgets, event logistics, and departmental communications
Serve as a resource for presentations on diversified funding, business plans, grant writing, financial structures, leadership development, measuring impact, and succession planning
Participate in development and facilitation of Communities of Solutions departmental plans and PJTT annual goals
Participate in PJTT check-ins as requested by the CoS Director and PJTT Manager
Facilitate planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of PJTT events
Coordinate development and improvement of PJTT sustainability resources and capacity-building efforts
Coordinate use of project management tools such as Asana for PJTT projects and deliverables
Identify and facilitate process improvement and documentation
Facilitate engagement of Communications, IT&S, and other MHM departments in PJTT events and efforts
Cultivate and maintain relationships with PJTT coalitions and partners, including faith communities, community-based organizations, schools, and other nonprofits
Maintain proactive communication within the Communities of Solutions department and across interdepartmental efforts and working groups
Advance health equity by integrating community residents and MHM team members with lived experience of health inequities into organizational decision-making
Assist the PJTT Manager with financial approval processes, including coalition payments, consultant contracts, and event contracts
Facilitate weekly team meetings and monthly coalition debrief sessions
Perform other duties as assigned
Directly supervise staff, including interviewing, training, assigning work, scheduling, approving timesheets, appraising performance, ensuring safety compliance, addressing complaints, and resolving problems

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in social/behavioral sciences, public health, or a related field
Four (4) years of experience in community outreach, organizing, or coalition building, including direct work with individuals who have lived experiences of inequities
Demonstrated experience engaging individuals with lived experience in projects, programs, and/or decision-making processes
Experience supervising, coaching, or developing individuals or teams
Strong organizational skills with experience managing processes, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration
Proficiency using project management, data, and communication platforms such as Asana, Fluxx, and Share Point
Familiarity with sustainability strategies centered on people, processes, resources, and impact, including diversified funding, business planning, and measuring impact
In lieu of a degree:
High school diploma or equivalent and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in community outreach, organizing, or coalition-building roles
Preferred:
Knowledge of community development models, such as Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD)
Preferred:
Experience addressing health and social inequities in marginalized populations
Preferred:
Background in community organizing and working with grassroots organizations, including partnerships with faith-based organizations
Preferred:
Strong project management, public speaking, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred:
Experience coaching individuals or teams and supporting professional development
