In Home Healthcare LVN – High Acuity (Night Shifts)

Join Aveanna Healthcare as an In-Home Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) providing high‑acuity care for children and adults during night shifts.

• Schedule:
  
  6:00 pm – 6:00 am, Wednesday‑Friday and every other Saturday (OT availability).
• Location:
  
  Troup, TX.

• Deliver night‑shift patient care including feeding tube management, tracheostomy care, and ventilator support.
• Document care and administer medications electronically via Aveanna tablet.
• Collaborate with local support operators and clinicians to meet patient needs.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality while working independently in the home setting.

• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in Texas (or ability to transfer compact license within 90 days).
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component; training provided if needed.
• Valid TB skin test administered within the past 12 months.
• At least 6 months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred; not required.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.
