We are searching for a dedicated NNP with a minimum of two years' experience to contribute their expertise and compassionate care to our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic group within Physician Services, fostering a healthy work-life balance while making a positive impact on the lives of critically ill newborns.

Join a team of two Neonatologists and four fellow NNPs, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing within the NICU. Work-Life Balance:
This position offers 24-hour in-house shifts, allowing for predictable scheduling and ample time for personal pursuits. Advanced Technology & Support:
Work within a well-equipped 28-bed NICU with access to a dedicated RN/RT transport team and two Pediatric Surgeons for complex cases. Mentorship &

This role provides the opportunity to mentor RNs and potentially medical students, sharing your knowledge and shaping the future generation of healthcare professionals. Key
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Texas (active license required) Board-certified in neonatal care Minimum of two years' experience working in a NICU setting Meticulous documentation skills Flexible with scheduling requirements Strong desire to teach and mentor nurses and potentially medical students Schedule and Patient Load:
Schedule:
24-hour in-house shifts NICU Level: 28 beds Average Daily Census: 18 Additional Information:
