Responsibilities- The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care and services under the direction of the Director of Nursing to ensure the health and well-being of residents in a long-term care setting.
- This role involves direct clinical support, medication management, coordination with physicians, and oversight of health-related compliance and documentation.
- The LVN will supervise nursing aides, conduct health assessments, and provide training to staff and residents on medical procedures and wellness practices.
- The nurse plays a vital role in maintaining regulatory standards, responding to changes in resident conditions, and fostering a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
- This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with a compassionate approach to resident care.
- The LVN must be licensed in Texas and demonstrate the physical and emotional capacity to meet the demands of a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Full-Time - Monday - Friday (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- $32.00 a hour

- 2+ years of nursing experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Point Click Care
- Provide timely, professional medical care to residents
- Manage medication administration and documentation
- Assist physicians and coordinate health appointments
- Conduct monthly health checks and communicate changes in condition
- Supervise CNAs, CMAs, and Restorative Aides
- Train staff on health protocols and regulatory compliance
