As the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Memory Care, you will work an 8‑hour shift, providing residents with personal care, assisting the charge nurse, and delivering exceptional service as part of a multidisciplinary team recognized for achievements and contributions.

Job Responsibilities- Provide personal care to residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort consistent with community policy.
- Promote and support the greatest possible degree of independence for residents.
- Promote daily activities in Memory Care by working with the on‑site Activities Director.
- Advise supervising charge nurse of resident’s status at the beginning and end of shift.
- Contribute knowledge of resident’s conditions/needs to resident care plans.
- Assist in the implementation of care plans as directed within the parameters of established policy and procedure.
- Observe and report on residents’ conditions, and document observations as required.
- Comply with requirements of procedures for safe lifting and/or safe transfer of residents per established policies and procedures.
- Be able to perform moderate to heavy lifting.
- Ensure that equipment is clean and functional.
- Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks as required to maintain a clean, hazard‑free environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- State certification as a nursing assistant.
- Complete familiarity with the duties of a certified nursing assistant.
