Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Full-Time with Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to 53 senior residents, ensuring their health, safety, and comfort
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders
  • Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of resident care and progress
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Uphold infection control and safety protocols at all times
  • Foster a compassionate and respectful environment for residents and their families
Requirements
  • Current LVN license in good standing
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. shifts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Demonstrated commitment to resident care and excellence
  • Willingness to grow professionally within the organization
  • Prior experience in senior or long-term care is preferred but not required
