As an LVN/LPN – Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.

Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.

Document relevant patient assessment, evaluation, and change of condition in EMR in accordance with nursing practices.

Ensure implementation of care plans as directed and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Participate in assigning duties and supervise delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure the highest practical well-being is maintained by patients.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school
• Valid LVN/LPN – Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license
