Minimum of 2 years' experience in ER or Med Surg settings Proficiency in IV placement, EKG interpretation, medication administration, glucose monitoring, and aiding patients with ADLs Ability to handle total patient care with confidence and compassion Strong teamwork and communication skills Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications

Experience with CPSI charting system Nice to Have:
Previous experience working in critical access facilities Comfort with accommodating block schedules Ability to adapt to various scrub colors as needed Preferred

Education & Experience:

Current RN license in good standing At least 2 years of recent ER or Med Surg nursing experience Certifications as specified above
