Position: Registered Nurse – Nights (7pm - 7am)
Location: La Vernia, Texas.
Job Type: Full Time
MUST have two years of ER experience.
What you’ll do:- Provide direct patient care, including administering treatments and medications
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans
- Support patient and family education and communication
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Document pertinent data in a concise manner
- Ability to work in high‑pressure situations while maintain excellent patient care
- have 2 years of emergency room nursing experience
- Current BLS, ACLS and PALS obtained through American Heart Association
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, Windows and EMR/EPM systems
