RN​/LVN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) & Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health

Location: Canyon Lake, TX and surrounding areas.

We are seeking RN and LVN nurses to provide direct, one‑on‑one medical care for pediatric patients in home settings. Positions are full‑time and part‑time shifts (days, nights, weekends).

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other staff.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to maintain quality of care.

• Active RN or LVN license (new graduates welcome; training provided).
• Experience caring for patients in a home setting.
