This hospital is seeking locum tenens CRNA coverage to address current staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department. The facility operates under a physician supervision model and values CRNA clinical autonomy, with physician oversight available as needed. Services span both clinic and operating room settings, supporting a diverse surgical case mix.

The Texas Hill Country region offers a range of outdoor and recreational activities suited to diverse interests. Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician supervision model during day shifts across clinic and operating room settings in Texas. The surgical case mix includes general, orthopedic, neuro, vascular, and pediatric procedures, and clinicians must be proficient in performing regional blocks. Call coverage is required as part of this assignment, with 1st and 2nd call options available;

call arrangements are negotiable. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for all clinicians in this role.
