• Assess, treat, and monitor wounds, including specialized wound care and infection prevention.
• Implement and update care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments.
• Initiate plans of care and appropriately supervise resident care.
• Develop assignments in coordination with care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and support care partners through guidance and accountability to uphold high standards of care and resident satisfaction.

Part‑time – Saturday and Sunday Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM

$42.50 – $54.37 per hour depending on experience.

• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments.
• Initiate plan of care as needed and appropriately supervise resident care.
• Develop assignments in coordination with care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

• Current RN license in the state of application.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post‑acute or sub‑acute care preferred.
• Prior wound care and infection prevention experience is a plus.
