Description:
We are looking for Family Nurse Practitioner with an active FNP state license. This position requires application for DEA is required at time of offer.
Position Summary
The Clinic Nurse Practitioner delivers defined patient care services in a retail clinic environment. You will work in collaboration with a dedicated team of professionals as you independently provide holistic, evidenced based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counselling, and disposition planning for our patients ranging in age 18 months and above. Care is documented via computerized electronic health record.

This position reports directly to the Senior Practice Manager. Our clinic practice locations are located inside select client Pharmacy and Target Stores. We are reinventing pharmacy with innovation, collaboration, caring, integrity, and accountability. Our mission is helping people on their path to better health through patient engagement.
Experience
1+ year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Application for DEA is required at time of offer.
Candidates must have prior primary care or urgent care experience.
Education
Completion of a master's degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role required.
Shift Details:
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 2-3 days per week.
  • Regular shift hours are 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM.
  • Additional shifts and hours may be available based on clinic needs.
Training:
  • Orientation/training consists of either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts per week for approximately four weeks.
  • Training schedule is flexible and can be adjusted based on candidate availability.
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-7:30 PM;
Saturday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM;
Sunday, 9:00 AM-4:30 PM.
