Empower Healthcare Management is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for Nocona Rehabilitation and Care Center in Nocona, Texas. The ADON will manage administrative areas within the Nursing Services Department and assist the Director of Nursing with daily operations while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
The ideal candidate will have previous ADON experience, must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), and have strong skills in staff development and compliance management.
