ResponsibilitiesSupport patients in a private duty homecare setting, provide nursing care, maintain accurate documentation using tablet technology, and collaborate with the care team.
Qualifications- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state where the clinician will practice.
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
- Current CPR certification (hands‑on component). Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire if necessary.
- Valid TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Not currently accepting new graduate nurses; 6 months hands‑on experience required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
