Job Overview

Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) – Night Shifts.

Night shifts. Days (7am-7pm) rotating schedule.

Emory, TX.

Teenager with high acuity (tracheostomy/vent care). Training available.

• Provide nursing care to a special client/patient as part of a compassionate team.
• Use electronic documentation via tablet at each patient’s home.
• Coordinate with local operators and clinicians and maintain high clinical outcomes.

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice. Compact licenses must be transferred to state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component). Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire if necessary.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
