Candidates must have experience and be comfortable working ER and Med Surg. This is a critical access hospital so they will rotate between both. 36/48 - Night shift 7p-7a. Schedule will be 4 on, 4 off, and with this style of scheduling, some weeks will have 48 hours and some weeks will have 36 hours. ER sees 5-10 patients on average and MS ratio is 1:4.
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required.
