Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with federal/state/local laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements What You ll Do Provide urgent care and stabilize patients in the ER Manage a typical patient volume of 5-10 patients daily Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care Follow all safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation Assist in Med Surg duties as needed, maintaining a ratio of 1:4 Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout your shift Respond quickly to emergency situations with confidence What You Need

Required:

Valid Texas RN license BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications TNCC certification preferred 2+ years ER and Med Surg experience Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Preferred:
