About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and self‑motivated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. The role requires clinical proficiency and adaptability to an outdoor, ranch‑style environment. • Collaborate effectively with the clinical team to support individualized client care and recovery goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Communicate professionally via email and other communication platforms.
  • Exhibit strong critical thinking and decision‑making skills in routine and emergent situations.
  • Serve as a calm and steady presence for both staff and clients, especially during crises.
  • Support the therapeutic benefits of the ranch environment, including outdoor activities and interactions with animals.
  • Monitor clients’ health, administer medications, and assist with routine and emergent medical needs.
Qualifications
  • Active LVN or RN license in the state of Texas.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in email communication and electronic medical records (EMR) usage.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Comfort working in an outdoor ranch setting, including alongside animals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to support and guide staff and clients.
  • Ability to adapt and maintain professionalism in a dynamic, high‑acuity environment.
