Position Title

Registered Nurse (Nights)

Full Time, Night Shift (8:00 pm - 8:00 am), 12‑hour shift, located in Lawton, Oklahoma. FLSA Status:
Non‑Exempt.

• RN Level III (Inpatient): $76,500 / $36.78 hourly; (Outpatient): $71,500 / $34.37 hourly
• RN Level II (Inpatient): $72,500 / $34.86 hourly; (Outpatient): $67,500 / $32.45 hourly
• RN Level I (Inpatient): $70,000 / $33.65 hourly; (Outpatient): $65,000 / $31.25 hourly

Annual Salary Options are based on RN Level and setting.

• Provide high‑quality, trauma‑sensitive, person‑centered, recovery‑oriented care to individuals in crisis.
• Conduct nursing assessments and evaluations.
• Create and execute individualized care plans.
• Provide health education and case management.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Ensure effective delivery of crisis services in alignment with state laws.

• RN Level III – Bachelor’s in Nursing with a valid permanent Oklahoma RN license (or recognized by eNLC) and one year of professional nursing experience; OR Associate in Nursing with two years of professional nursing experience.
• RN Level II – Bachelor’s with a valid permanent Oklahoma RN license and one year of professional nursing experience; OR Associate with two years of professional nursing experience.
• RN Level I – Associate in Nursing with a valid permanent Oklahoma RN license.
• Unrestricted Oklahoma RN licensure.
• Strong commitment to patient well‑being and safety, belief that recovery is possible.

Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health Center in Lawton, OK provides mental health and substance abuse treatment, including inpatient and outpatient services, special groups and programs for adolescents, co‑occurring disorders, seniors and older adults, women, men, and criminal justice groups.

Agency requires coverage 24 hours, 7 days per week. Work hours and location may vary, including weekends and overtime.
