WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

• Lead the team providing administrative support for Medical and Health & Performance departments
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ability to lead through example
• Manages confidential medical records and ensures compliance
• Coordinates and adjusts appointments for providers and guests
• Handles guest check‑in, billing, paperwork, and Medicare requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Preferred experience with Electronic Health Records Systems
• Strong communication skills and professionalism in all situations
• Possesses a working knowledge of medical office operations
• Knowledge of office & administrative protocols
• Demonstrates an understanding of the philosophy of Canyon Ranch and its practical application
