We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Avir at Jacksboro in Jacksboro, Texas. As a Per Diem LVN, you will provide high-quality patient care in our healthcare facility while working flexible hours.

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. Your duties will include administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing basic nursing care to our patients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and treatment.

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Administer medications and perform vital signs as ordered by physicians
• Provide basic nursing care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming patients
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes

• Current LVN license in the state of Texas
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an LVN
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
