Hall Veterinary Surgery is seeking a Full-Time Head Vet Nurse to lead our dedicated nursing team and play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care. This is a wonderful opportunity for a confident, supportive nurse who enjoys mentoring others and being hands‑on in a busy, well-respected clinic.

As Head Vet Nurse, you’ll work closely with our vets and management team to:

• Support our nursing team, including mentoring and training nurses
• Provide clinical veterinary nursing care at a senior/advanced level
• Maintain high clinical and patient care standards
• Support the Practice Manager in overseeing daily nursing operations and workflows
• Be hands‑on across surgery, anaesthesia, hospital care and client support
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the clinic

• Certificate IV or higher relevant qualification in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent) (as required) with minimum 2 years experience
• Previous leadership or senior nursing experience (highly regarded)
• Strong clinical skills and a calm, organised approach

• Excellent communication and a genuine passion for patient care
