Registered Nurse (RN) - Skilled Nursing Facility
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their health and well‑being in a supportive environment.
Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients' health status and vital signs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Educate residents and their families about health management and care options
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
Registered Nurse Skills and Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
- Compassionate and patient‑centered approach to care
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
