Registered Nurse – Encompass Health

Provide compassionate, individualized care to patients in a rehabilitation setting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and provide direct nursing care as needed. Serve as a resource for staff and help manage complex patient needs. Lead efforts to celebrate and support patient milestones.

• Valid RN licensure in the state of employment.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.
