Overview

Registered Nurse (Children’s Department) – Lawton, Oklahoma. Agency: 452 Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. Supervisory Organization: JTCMHC - Nursing Services. Job Type: Regular, Full time.

Compensation
  • RN Level III (Outpatient): $71,500 / $34.37 hourly
  • RN Level II (Outpatient): $67,500 / $32.45 hourly
  • RN Level I (Outpatient): $65,000 / $31.25 hourly
  • FLSA Status:
    Non-Exempt
Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, trauma-sensitive, person-centered, and recovery-oriented care to individuals in crisis.
  • Offer direct or indirect nursing services.
  • Conduct nursing assessments and evaluations.
  • Create and execute individualized care plans.
  • Provide health education and case management.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
  • Ensure the effective delivery of crisis services in alignment with state laws.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
  • Registered Nurse Level III – Bachelor’s in Nursing and a valid permanent Oklahoma RN license as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or an RN license recognized by the eNLC, plus one year of professional nursing experience; OR an Associate in Nursing with two years of professional nursing experience.
  • Registered Nurse Level II – Bachelor’s in Nursing and a valid permanent Oklahoma RN license as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or RN license recognized by the eNLC, OR an Associate in Nursing with one year of professional nursing experience.
  • Registered Nurse Level I – Associate in Nursing and a valid permanent Oklahoma RN license as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or RN license recognized by the eNLC.
  • Unrestricted Oklahoma RN licensure.
  • Strong commitment to patient well-being and safety; belief that recovery is possible.
