Location: Crosby
Adaptive Home Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes across Crosby and surrounding areas. You will operate within LVN scope, under RN/clinical supervision, and focus on safe, high‑quality care.
You’ll perform focused assessments, escalate changes promptly, reconcile medications, educate patients and caregivers, and support wound care as ordered. Daily travel and clear documentation are essential.
