Med-Surg - RN or LVN - Night Shift

In this PRN position on our night shift, you will function under the direction of the Department Director and Chief Clinical Officer to provide safe and effective clinical care. You will utilize the nursing process to assess patients, respond to their needs, and ensure accurate documentation. Additionally, you will develop administrative skills aimed at enhancing unit efficiency and supporting effective communication.

• Assess patients using the nursing process and respond to their needs.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care.
• Develop administrative skills to enhance unit efficiency and support effective communication.
• Seek guidance and support to pursue professional growth as needed.

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Currently licensed by the Texas Board of Nursing as a registered nurse.
• Minimum one year of experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
